Had a wonderful experience and the best time I've ever had in a fitness setting! Courtney was very uplifting and encouraging and made it so so fun! I did the intro class then level 1 aerial directly after and I had so so much fun, the other class members were encouraging everyone was having a good time and we learned so much in such a short time. Great for beginners.. advanced polers and even those gals that wanna go out for an hour of fun 🙂 I can't wait to go back for more!
