Physical therapy and physical rehabilitation is a practice that focuses on people who experience difficulty in movement due to disability, illness, or injury.
Physical therapists usually make a comprehensive, diagnostic evaluation of a patient’s situation including his/her pathology, symptoms, and anything related to the body’s dysfunction.
The goal of physical therapy is to restore and maintain the function and mobility of the body through a combination of specialized manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and practical environmental adjustments so the patient can work, play and enjoy life to the fullest, without pain.
Here is a list of Burlington's Physical Therapy Clinics that can provide you with the right diagnosis and treatment you need.

I've been using this physiotherapist for the last couple years and in my 21years living all over Ontario this company and their team have been the most dedicated, most friendly, most the most experienced group I have ever met. Earlier this year I had a full tendon tear in my shoulder at work. From day one of booking my appointment, to working with the physiotherapist, the RMT, the personal training team, Chris Chimel and his team were incredible. I know my recovery wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for Burlington Physiotherapy and Health clinic.

I had a very serious car crash, leaving me with a broken arm, ribs and leg. For the first few months with a different physiotherapist, I couldn’t imagine myself walking again… Only weeks after seeing Yagni @ Plainsview, I noticed huge improvements! My knee was bending more than before, and fairly quickly I was able to start weight bearing! They are happy to see their clients, providing excellent service and advice that makes ME excited to go for treatment! You can definitely tell you’re dealing with professionals here 🙂

If I could give more than five stars I would. This clinic is fantastic! Everyone is happy and welcoming. Nick has helped me sooooo much in a very short period of time. Not only is he exceptionally skilled (like almost to the point of spooky - I say "ow" and he says "here?" and points to the EXACT spot immediately - suspect he may have supernatural powers), but he's also super friendly, seems to love what he does, and tells funny stories. Ya, physio hurts sometimes, but with him, you're not even mad about it.

Had a great experience at Physiomax! The team is so friendly and they genuinely care about your well-being! I came in for a sprained ankle and I was able to return to dance in a timely manner. Being scared of needles, I was very hesitant to try acupuncture, but my physio made me feel so comfortable and I had great results!
