Spring Grill House
We had an early dinner at Spring Grill House, a Korean BBQ location at 1441 Upper James, which was terrific.
Even though the place was busy, the service was still excellent. The meats were perfectly marinated, the side dishes were refreshing, and the dim sum was surprisingly good.
This is one of the best Korean BBQ in town and I will definitely be returning to Spring Grill House.

BAB Korean Food & BBQ
BAB, located at 387 Barton St E, is an excellent Korean restaurant with many tasty options on the menu. I recently tried the kimchi fried rice and the sizzling grilled pork, and both were delicious.
The kimchi fried rice could have been a bit more flavorful for my taste, but the grilled pork was packed with flavor and had a great BBQ taste.
I recommend getting the lunch special, as the portions are generous and meant to be shared. Additionally, the banchan dishes are always good, and the customer service is excellent.
The staff is efficient and very attentive; they even have a bell at each table to ensure you're well taken care of.
Overall, I recommend BAB and I will definitely be returning.

Korea House Restaurant
Korea House, located at 281 Cannon St E, is one of my favorite restaurants in Hamilton and my go-to place for Korean food.
It's a family-owned restaurant, and the food is always excellent, with great service. We've tried many dishes here and have yet to be disappointed.
We have yet to try the hotpot/bbq, but we're looking forward to it. The decor isn't fancy, but the food is what really matters. Koreans often dine here, which is a good sign of authenticity.
The wife paints all the artwork on the walls and the husband cooks. Overall, Korea House is a fantastic Korean restaurant, and I highly recommend it.

Saigon House Restaurant
Saigon House is a hidden gem located between the Royal Connaught and the former London Tap House.
There's an all-you-can-eat grill option, or you can order a la carte; either way you'll be happy with your meal.
My recommendation for an appetizer is the chicken wings, which are made fresh with in-house sauce.
I suggest grilled pork or chicken with sticky rice for an entrée.
Both slices of meat are juicy and well-seasoned. Overall, don't miss out on this Asian gem on John St.

Owl of Minerva
Owl of Minerva, located at 309 Maine St E, is a great place to get authentic Korean food.
The prices are fair, the restaurant is large with plenty of seating, and the service is excellent.
I was greeted right away and the food came out quickly. There's a great selection of dishes, appetizers, and soups to choose from, and you can enjoy your meal in a sizzling stone bowl or take it to go.
The food is super flavorful and fresh, and I would definitely recommend Owl of Minerva.

Manna Korean Takeout
Manna Korean, located at 1050 King St W, is a fantastic little restaurant. I have enjoyed every dish I have tried, and the prices are very reasonable, which is great for a student.
The menu selection is small, but the quality of the dishes more than makes up for it.
The restaurant has a small staff, so if you come with a large group, it may take longer to be served.
This makes Manna Korean the perfect spot for a quick bite on your way to or from campus.
The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and well-priced. I highly recommend the spicy cheese ramen and the donkkaseu (pork cutlet).
