Abruzzi Ristorante is a must-try Italian joint that serves delicious and sustainable cuisine.
The restaurant sources its ingredients from local farmers and growers, making sure that every dish is both flavorful and ethically sourced.
During our visit, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch even during a blizzard.
We started with the crostini which was scrumptious and moved on to the grilled Beef Tenderloin and sous-vide Lamb Osso Buco.
Both main dishes were incredibly delicious, and the pureed Yukon Gold potatoes paired perfectly with the lamb. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and seasoned, adding to the overall dining experience.
We can't wait to return to Abruzzi and taste more of their delectable offerings.

(Honestly), the delicious chipped fries and huge selection of burgers alone make this joint worth a 5-star rating for a dinner out.
But add in the fantastic vibe, and it's an even better experience. The sauces are (seriously) amazing, too. I tried the Wagyu burger, which comes from Alberta, but I'd actually recommend the elk or the regular burger instead - (I'm not sure) if the extra cost made a difference.
The drinks here come in fun pyrex glasses, and the milkshakes are (absolutely) to die for.

The restaurant uses only top-quality ingredients at the peak of their freshness to create a menu that blends classic, traditional Italian dishes from the small town of Ceprano with contemporary and diverse Mediterranean and Canadian influences.
The food at La Casa is top-notch, with the chicken carbonara being the standout dish.
I'm not usually a fan of carbonara or pasta at restaurants, but this dish was life-changing and has been on my mind since I tried it. The chocolate cake for dessert was superior to the cheesecake.
The atmosphere at La Casa is warm and inviting, and the service is excellent. You won't regret visiting this restaurant for a taste of its delicious food, warm atmosphere, and top-notch service.

With a daily prix fixe menu, regular menu, and daily features, there's always something new to try.
And let's not forget about the wine list - extensive, sensibly priced, and served by the glass or bottle.
This family-owned bistro has been a seafood staple in the area for 18 years and it's easy to see why.
The scallop and risotto was my personal favorite, but everything we tried was delicious, including the perfectly cooked boar with a delightful sauce and veggies.
The dessert and appetizers were well balanced and thoughtfully prepared. David's Bistro is always our go-to for special occasion dinners.
