I recently tried The Shuck Truck, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the fish sandwich and the oyster po boy and they were both fantastic.
I can't believe I waited so long to try this place. The chef who was manning the truck on his own did an incredible job and I was blown away by the quality of the food.
I will definitely be going back to try the calamari and freshly shucked oysters. If you love seafood, this is the place to go.

The fried chicken sandwiches here are truly amazing , I went with the Dirty Southern love waffle sandwich and the Nashville Hot chicken, and both were absolutely delicious. The meat was so tender, flavorful, and crispy, and it was the perfect choice for takeout.
In addition to the sandwiches, we also ordered the Jackfruit mac n cheese and the corn bread muffins. The mac n cheese had a tangy flavor from the jackfruit, which took me a few bites to get accustomed to, but it was still very flavorful and yummy.
A big shout out to Brett and his team for their excellent service. They go out of their way to provide a relaxed and professional experience for their clients at all levels of the business, and it really shows.
