I recently stopped by Wasabi for some sushi and was pleasantly surprised by this small, cozy spot. The atmosphere is nice and intimate, with only a few tables and a warm, mom and pop shop feel. The service was excellent and the owners were incredibly kind and genuine.
As for the food, it was excellent. I tried their tempura and a couple of rolls and everything was well executed.
The tempura was crispy and not greasy, and the sushi was fresh and had the perfect balance of flavors. The rice was cooked perfectly as well. The selection may not be massive, but what they do offer is top-notch.
I also tried the spicy seaweed salad, gyoza, and spider roll and everything was delicious.

After reading great reviews about Niwa, I had to give it a try & was not disappointed. This small, family-owned Japanese restaurant is located in a busy plaza next to metro, and it offers a great selection of vegetarian options. The prices are very reasonable and the service is really good.
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a small, no-frills dining area. The sushi was fresh and had great quality, and the service was quick.
I had four types of dragon rolls, tempura, spring rolls, and seaweed salad, and everything was absolutely delicious.
I am now a big fan of Niwa and will definitely be back. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. Plus, the location is great with lots of free parking.

Little Tokyo
Little Tokyo has been around for a decade and it's a real gem of a spot. The portions are very generous and filling for the prices, and in my opinion, the best value is the rainbow rolls. The place is a bit hidden and there is limited seating, but it's worth seeking out.
Their dumplings are homemade and cooked to order, so please be patient with the lovely old couple who run the place. They are worth the wait.

I recently stopped by Little Choi's Sushi for some sushi and was blown away by how fresh and delicious everything was. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick, even though it's just a takeout spot with no dine-in options.
