My dining experience at Salad Thai was nothing short of fantastic. The Thai Coconut Soup was delicious and packed with flavor. The crispy squid was a great appetizer, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
The Spicy Fried Rice with Beef had the perfect balance of heat and spices. The Green Curry Chicken was delicious, The curry was rich and flavorful. The Pad Thai could have had a few more shrimp, but the dish still tasted great.
It's clear to see why this place has been a favorite among locals for almost 20 years. If you're looking for a place to satisfy your Thai cravings, Salad Thai is definitely worth the visit.

Adonis is a Lebanese joint that serves up amazing food that has a home-cooked feel. This family-owned restaurant has a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel right at home. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable.
The menu selection is also quite wide, which makes it easy to find something that you'll love.
The customer service at Adonis is top-notch. Even though it was my first time eating there, the staff made me feel like a regular. They were friendly, attentive and always willing to answer any questions I had about the menu.
One of the things I loved most about Adonis is their pineapple shawarma. At first, I thought the idea of pineapple in a shawarma was a bit weird, but it was incredible!
The flavors were well balanced, and the portion size was huge. I also appreciated the fact that the prices were at the point where I felt a bit guilty because they were so reasonable.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Adonis and I definitely plan on returning. If you're looking for a delicious and authentic Lebanese meal, Adonis is the place to go.

Wasabi & Teriyaki
If you're in the mood for some delicious sushi in Oakville, look no further than Wasabi & Teriyaki.
This little Japanese spot is a hidden gem, offering great sushi without all the fanfare and extra fluff.
I have to admit, when I first saw the sushi I was a bit skeptical, but girl I was I wrong. It was absolutely delicious! I tried the spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and dynamite roll, and they were all fantastic.
The prices here are also great - I was even pleasantly surprised when they put in four spring rolls on the house as a bonus.
They do not serve alcohol, but that's not a problem for me. The owners are so kind and genuine, and really make you feel welcome.
Just a heads up, the restaurant is small with only a handful of tables, so it's quite casual. If that's your thing, then you'll love it here.
I recommend paying with debit or cash, but either way, you won't regret giving Wasabi & Teriyaki a try!

Sidra is a fantastic takeout location for anyone looking to enjoy a taste of famous Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine. Whether you're craving Shawarma, Souvlaki, or Shish Kabob, Sidra has it all.
The dining room is small and cute, and they have a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to choose from.
But the standout at Sidra is definitely the food. The flavors are delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the portion sizes are excellent (everyone in my party was full).
They also provide plenty of sauce and extra sauce at the table, which is a nice touch. Service is quick and efficient, and the prices are very fair.
I personally had the rice biriyani with chicken, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We even had to take some food home with us, which is not something we usually do when we go out. A
nother added bonus is that the owner (or at least, an older gentleman who I believe was the owner) was very nice and kind.
All in all, Sidra is a great option for anyone looking for delicious, authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine.

They have a wide variety of menu items to choose from, including wicked wings, riveting ribs, smokin' sides, and signature sauces.
Their ribs are particularly noteworthy, with a great flavor and a tender, fall-off-the-bone texture. The beef brisket is also delicious and their wings have a huge variety of flavors to choose from.
They give out good portions of food and their prices are great for the quality of food they are serving. Overall, Big Bones is a great BBQ joint that any BBQ lover should check out.
