I recently decided to check out Koya Japan in Burlington Mall and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The staff was all friendly and efficient, and my food was prepared and served in record time.
let's get to the real star of the show , the chicken & beef ramen soup is hands down some of the best you will try. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The meats were tender and juicy, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy.

Bento Box
The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. But most importantly, the food was incredible. The sushi and the chicken ramen were fresh and full of flavor, and the noodles in the ramen were perfectly cooked. The egg in the dish was a standout component.

Mystic Ramen
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mystic Ramen in Hamilton, and let me tell you, it was worth the drive from Burlington.
The food at this restaurant is simply outstanding. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. The owners, a lovely couple, are just as wonderful as their food. They truly put love into each and every bowl of ramen, and it shows in the end result.
If you're a fan of ramen and are in the Hamilton area, I highly recommend giving Mystic Ramen a try. The food is outstanding and the owners are lovely. Trust me, it's worth the wait.
