The pride in their Canadian heritage is evident in their 100% fresh ground Canadian chuck burgers, handmade chicken fingers, and fries.
The location of the restaurant is busy, so I suggest making a reservation in advance. The food is delicious, I particularly enjoyed the chicken fajitas and nachos.
My only suggestion would be to offer an option for just ground beef on the nachos as it currently comes with chili. My experience was great and the server was very helpful.
Overall, Kelseys Original Roadhouse is a great spot for a casual and tasty meal, with a truly Canadian experience.

The Keg Steakhouse
I recently had a fantastic experience at The Keg Upper James. From start to finish, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our every need was met. The atmosphere was great and perfect for a night out.
The food was delicious, with highlights being the rib steak and the 14oz prime rib. Both were cooked to perfection and incredibly tender.
The dessert bar was also a standout, offering a wide selection of sweet treats. Our server, Jennifer, was extremely nice and did an excellent job.
I highly recommend The Keg Upper James for anyone looking for a great night out with delicious food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. I will definitely be returning soon!

La Spaghett Pasta House

I was impressed by the cozy ambiance, and the small size of the restaurant with only about 10-12 tables. The service was great, and reservations are highly recommended due to the popularity of the place.
The portions were generous and the balance of flavors in the dishes was spot on. I had the seafood angel hair pasta and it was delicious.
The garlic butter served with the bread was also a highlight. I would highly recommend La Spaghett for anyone looking for great Italian food.

Bread Bar Locke
Earth to Table is an amazing restaurant with super friendly service. They specialize in pizza but offer a wide variety on the menu.
The pizza crust is just wonderful. Appetizers were absolutely delicious, we had the calamari and muscles.
The portion sizes were large for the apps, and the calamari was very crispy, and the muscles had a lovely wine sauce reduction.
We also tried the Salmon Buddha Bowl and it was amazing, probably some of the best salmon I've had, and all the veggies were fresh and delicious.
I loved the addition of strawberries as well! Will definitely be back. If you're looking for great food, friendly service and a casual atmosphere Earth to Table is the perfect spot!

We had a wonderful experience with Lotus. The food was delicious and fresh, and there was more than enough.
We ordered a variety of noodles, rice, chicken, and beef dishes in large trays, and everyone was happy with their choices. The service was fantastic; we'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Banana Leaf is a must-visit for any foodie looking for a family-friendly, modern eatery. The newly renovated restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, represented on the menu in this cozy eatery & bar. My husband and I discovered this gem while looking for something different for date night, and we were not disappointed.
The food was excellent! Some of the freshest and tenderest chicken I've had in a very long time. We had the Pad Thai, mango chicken, and seafood satay, all of which were delicious.
The staff was courteous and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We plan to make this restaurant a staple in our dining rotation. If you're in the Hamilton area, give Banana Leaf a try. You won't be disappointed!
